​We want you to have the best experience possible while visiting SmashZen! Check out the important information below.

• A waiver must be completed to participate. Click here to sign electronically.

• A minimum charge of $150 will be applied for intentional damage to the building or to items that are considered off-limits.

• Guests must be at least 5 years old to participate in the rage room. Anyone age 5-12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18+. 

• Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited. For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse service.

• pregnant mamas, although we’d love to have you, we want to be sure you and baby are safe, so unfortunately, you’ll have to wait until baby joins us in the world in order for you to participate.

• We will provide all safety equipment to our participants, which includes: Goggles and/or face shields, coveralls, and gloves. Close-toed shoes must be worn. Sandals or any open-toed shoes will not be permitted. 

• Create a playlist to smash to ahead of time and connect to the Bluetooth speaker in the room. 

• There is a phone mount in the smash room for you to record your session. 

• paint splatter sessions: Ponchos, gloves, and shoe covers are provided for your convenience, but it's recommended to wear clothing that you won't mind getting dirty.

• Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure you are ready to begin your session on time. There are lockers available to lock your valuables while you smash and chill.

• *All equipment is sanitized after each use. *

• all purchases are nonrefundable. We are happy to complimentary reschedule one session. a new appointment will need to booked and paid in full anytime thereafter.
